The Swiss organization Climeworks is building the world’s largest direct air capture and storage facility for the petrification of atmospheric CO2 in Iceland. Audi partners with the environmental start up from Zurich to facilitate the future technology. With the plant, an annual total of 4.000 tons of carbon dioxide is going to be filtered from the air and mineralized underground. 1.000 tons are being removed from the atmosphere by Climeworks in the name of Audi.
Our digital exhibition provides an insight into the most cutting-edge developments from the areas of energy, mobility, fashion and food. Take a look at how we've transformed Kraftwerk Berlin into a hub of green inspiration and discover a brighter future at your fingertips with our interactive tour.
