Busworld 2025 has come to a close. What an incredible journey it has been, filled with inspiring conversations, meaningful meetings, and shared excitement. On behalf of the entire Solaris Team, we sincerely thank you!

We especially appreciate the warm reception of our premiere model, the Solaris Urbino 10,5 electric, and the interest it sparked among industry professionals and visitors alike. Your enthusiasm fuels our drive toward sustainable urban mobility.

What's included in a ticket?
The ticket is valid during all 6 exhibition days from 4th until 9th October 2025 – entrance from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.

With this ticket you can also attend the Busworld Europe Congress sessions, except for the Zero Emission Bus Conference. During registration you must indicate that you want to attend the Congress sessions, your badge will have a different layout. Go To Busworld Europe Congress for more info.

The ticket also includes free public transport within Brussels (MIVB/STIB) from 4 to 9 October 2025 for Busworld Europe visitors, exhibitors and press, provided that you choose a ticket including public transport. How to use the free public transport code will be explained on your badge. You can also check it on this website HERE.

The usage of the Busworld App is also included. (That is why we ask a unique e-mail address for every ticket). When and how to use the Busworld App:

You can prepare your visit beforehand on your computer checking the exhibitor list, making appointments, adding sessions you want to attend during your visit and even take a look at the other visitors. (available from beginning of September - you will receive an invitation email after registering your entrance ticket)

You can download and use the mobile app on your phone when you are in the exhibtion, using the interactive floor plan and your agenda. (Available from beginning of September - you need to activate your profile first via the inviation email )
