Rolls-Royce | Airbus Global Supplier Awards Winner 2025

We’re proud to share that Rolls-Royce has won the “Ramp up and Operational Excellence” award at this year’s Airbus Supplier Awards. The award is recognition of our strong and trusted partnership with Airbus, and our shared commitment to operational excellence.

In early 2024, we launched a Joint Improvement Programme. Together, we built a cross-functional team to improve performance to recover engine delivery targets and implement ramp-up enablers. Building on this success, the joint improvement programme continues today, ensuring readiness for future rates and deepening alignment.
