Dawn of a New Dynasty
Born from an obsession with three foundational elements—a low center of gravity, low weight with high rigidity, and the pursuit of aerodynamic performance—the LFA Concept is a masterclass in engineering. It leverages the cutting-edge skills and technologies honed across our most elite performance vehicles, all while courageously charting the unexplored possibilities inherent in its Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) heart.
A simple cockpit design concentrates functional components around the driver. Among the details: a steering wheel that requires no hand repositioning, coupled with a switch layout for blind-touch operation.
Its low, flowing silhouette sweeps from nose to rear, inheriting the sculptural beauty of the LFA while presenting the proportions of a true coupe.
The name LFA is not merely bound to the roar of an internal combustion engine; it signifies an iconic presence—a torchbearer embodying the pinnacle of technology and skill that every generation of our engineers is honor-bound to pass on.

- It hasn't even launched yet and it's already "dead" from birth because it's electric. (Nothing against electric cars, I even like some... but this particular car shouldn't be electric.) When you think of LFA, the first thing that comes to mind is the V10 YM. Sad end for the LFA model.- I hear the first-generation LFA was a car that incorporated the pinnacle of technology, even developing a special loom to manufacture the carbon monocoque in-house, so much so that it was built at a loss. That's why I wonder if there's any point in Lexus going to the trouble of making a BEV bearing the LFA name if it ends up being just a cool-looking electric supercar.
Personally, I suspect that this LFA Concept will feature an all-solid-state battery.
Considering its extremely low height and the need for high output and light weight as a sports car, it seems like the characteristics of solid-state batteries would be a perfect match.
If all this technology is packed into it and the price is around 100 million yen...
Am I the only one who thinks that it's actually "cheap" compared to Bugatti, Koenigsegg, and Rimac?
