MORE INFO
The 2026 XPeng P7 arrives as a next-generation electric sedan built on an advanced 800V silicon carbide (SiC) platform. It offers two powertrain choices: a rear-wheel-drive setup with a 270 kW motor, or a more powerful all-wheel-drive version combining a 167 kW front motor with a 270 kW rear motor, delivering a total of 437 kW (586 hp). Buyers can choose between a 74.9 kWh or 92.2 kWh battery pack, with CLTC ranges spanning from 702 km in the base RWD to an impressive 820 km in the long-range RWD, while the AWD model achieves around 750 km. Thanks to its 5C fast-charging capability, the P7 can add significant range in just minutes, making it highly practical for both daily commutes and long-distance travel.

Beyond performance, the XPeng P7 emphasizes modern technology and convenience. The cabin is equipped with a 10.25-inch digital driver display, an advanced 3D central user interface, and an Augmented Reality Head-Up Display for enhanced driving awareness. A premium Dynaudio sound system with Dolby Atmos elevates the in-car audio experience, while features like an exterior boombox, heated multifunction steering wheel, wireless charging, and an electric tailgate add everyday practicality.

In terms of design, the P7 adopts a sleek fastback silhouette with the option of dramatic scissor doors that emphasize its futuristic appeal. Safety and handling are bolstered by Brembo brake calipers, ensuring strong stopping power. Overall, the 2026 XPeng P7 blends striking design, long-range capability, rapid charging, and advanced in-car technology, making it a highly competitive electric sedan in the premium EV market.

XPeng's upcoming electric fastback, internally codenamed E29, marks a bold evolution in design and performance. Recently teased by lead designer Rafik Ferrag on Instagram, this all-new model embraces a sportier aesthetic with sleek, aerodynamic lines and a rear spoiler for enhanced airflow. Drawing inspiration from the 2024 P7+, it offers a more dynamic presence while setting a new design benchmark for the brand.

Unlike XPeng’s previous family-oriented sedans, the P7 Ultra is engineered with driving excitement in mind. Ferrag, who designed the original P7 in 2018, calls this new model a futuristic and stylish electric coupé—one that reflects XPeng’s innovative spirit and vision for the future of mobility.
