Fiat presents the 500 Hybrid Torino — a launch edition produced at the legendary Mirafiori plant, celebrating the return of the 500 to its hometown, birthplace of Fiat’s rich manufacturing tradition.
The 500 Hybrid Torino marks the beginning of the new 500 Hybrid range, which will be fully revealed in November 2025.
Orders open in France on October 9 for the Fiat 500 Hybrid Torino Launch Edition, priced at €20,900 (incl. VAT). The first deliveries are scheduled for February 2026, with leasing available from €149 per month, with a €3,900 down payment and no trade-in required.
The Fiat 500 Hybrid Torino Launch Edition stands out with two vibrant launch colors, Yellow Gold and Ocean Green. Inside, it features seats embroidered with the Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino logo, houndstooth-pattern fabric, and a dashboard matching the body color.
The new 500 Hybrid meets the needs of modern urban mobility thanks to its FireFly 1.0 Hybrid 65 hp engine and a comprehensive range of driver assistance and connectivity systems.
With the 500 Hybrid, FIAT is expanding its lineup and reaffirming its long-standing connection to Italy — its people and its values. The new model embodies FIAT’s social relevance and its deep-rooted bond with its country and its communities, offering a solution tailored to contribute to the transition towards a more sustainable mobility.
“5oo hybrid offers affordable electrification and iconic style, proof that social relevance is at the core of the Brand mission”
said Olivier Francois, FIAT CEO and Stellantis Global CMO.
“With the 500 Hybrid, we are strengthening production at Mirafiori to ensure the plant’s productivity and meet the demand. Our roots are in Italy and it’s no coincidence that the two most iconic FIAT are made here: the Panda in Pomigliano and the 500 in Mirafiori.”
The New 500 will be equipped with the Hybrid engine, giving consumers across Europe and beyond the opportunity to once again choose our iconic city car. The 500 remains one of the best ambassadors of “Made in Italy”, with over 70% of the units produced at Mirafiori and exported outside Italy.

- I will be hanging on to my Fiat 500 automatic that has only done 25,000 miles. I would love to buy this car but with such low power and no Auto Gearbox sadly it's not for me.- A price of over 80.000 PLN in Poland for a mild hybrid with that fuel consumption is a joke 🤣 The version shown in the video costs at least 86.000 PLN, and for 82.000 PLN you can get a full-hybrid Toyota Aygo X with fuel consumption of 3.7 l/100 km (automatic gearbox) . The Italians must have lost their minds.
- I intend to replace my four year old 500e during 2026 because of its sound build quality and excellent driveability, but I am in the minority here in the UK where sales have been poor. Were I not an EV driver I would buy the new 500 hybrid, as it looks like a lovely car which I think will sell very well.
- The base Pop model costs €19,900. Truly shameful. Fiat's strategy of recycling dated platforms and dressing them in an "iconic" design at an inflated price isn't for me. The Toyota Aygo X and the Suzuki Swift hybrid are certainly excellent and solid alternatives, with a significantly better quality-to-price ratio.
