- This needs a bigger battery. Toyota has the smallest battery among the competition. If this really gets the range with the battery they have right now, they could have the range most people want if they put in a competitively sized battery. They've made such a leap forward with horsepower and range with so little increase in battery that either they've made a leap forward in efficiency or the range will turn out to be less. Normally I'd have confidence in Toyota, but that instrument cluster tells me they are still not all in on EVs. Otherwise they wouldn't penalize you with a screen size and placement that they would never put in a RAV4 or any other gas/hybrid vehicle in their lineup. Other than the Prius.- Is it just me or are these new "sub-300 mile" EVs (especially one catering to the outdoor enthusiast market) missing a key feature? "Distance per charge capability". I know it's a deal breaker for me.
- Why didn't they just share the platform they literally share the same interior and exterior just different lights and logos in my opinion this is lazy in subarus part they should've designed their own design with the subi styling this thing just screems toyota 😂 but i guess a mom and her kids would never be able to tell its a toyota playing dress up
