- My first impression of the infotainment screen was that it was too much, but after watching a few reviews I’ve come to see the benefits. I like the idea of having the continuous background so the screen in front of the passenger is not an ugly black screen. I love the front grill and the tech is very impressive.

- Love that it's tech forward while keeping some of the basics in check. No stupid NFC key like Volvo/Polestar. Physical window switches, ac vents and seat controls. This feels much closer to the E and S class in terms of interior materials and feature content compared to to the previous GLC. Not 100% sold on the rear styling but it's something I might get used to, if I were to buy.

- My last 5 cars have been bmw. I've just ordred a glc in this colour, because the ix3 looks too much like a vauxhall grandland and the interior looks basic and cheap with the pointless digital display strip on the windscreen. First video I've seen of the alpine grey, zero regrets. White interior for me though. Can't wait for delivery and excited to sample the 4d dolby atmos with the interactive ambient lighting. Mercedes convert.

- First the rear is ugly and the old car is nicer from the rear. The side profile is more or less the same as the old car. The front looks like a facelift to me and inside except from the silly big screen it is not much different from the out going model so in a nutshell not really impressed Mercedes. The BMW looks a proper step forward and a radical design unlike this.
