New DJI lito X1 review | ShortsCars Technology

In this video, we take a look at the new DJI Lito series, which introduces two models, the DJI Lito X1 and the DJI Lito 1, both designed as beginner-friendly aerial camera drones. While both drones share the same core idea of making aerial filming easy and safe, they are positioned slightly differently. The Lito 1 focuses on delivering a well-rounded experience at a more accessible level, while the Lito X1 is designed for everyone who want higher image quality and enhanced features.

In this DJI Lito X1 Review, I take a close look at DJI’s newest beginner friendly camera drone and test whether the DJI Lito X1 really deserves a place between the Neo series and the Mini lineup.
The DJI Lito X1 comes with a 1 over 1.3 inch sensor, 3 axis gimbal, LiDAR obstacle sensing, FocusTrack, Waypoints, QuickShots, MasterShots and DJI O4+ transmission. On paper, the DJI Lito X1 looks impressive for an entry level drone.
But how good is the DJI Lito X1 in real world use? That is exactly what this review is about.
I tested the DJI Lito X1 in different situations to see how it performs when it really matters. From image quality and tracking to obstacle sensing, sound levels and overall flight behavior, the DJI Lito X1 had to prove itself outside the spec sheet.
If you are interested in the DJI Lito X1, DJI Mini, DJI Neo or the best beginner drone in 2026, this video will help you decide if the DJI Lito X1 is worth it.

- The battery dropped to 0% while updating the firmware. Now the battery won't charge at all. Two lights are on in the middle, but when trying to connect to the laptop, it either doesn't work or won't turn on at all. Battery four
- Looks the same as the Mini 4 Pro. What we really need is a Mini drone with a better lens. Forget all the fancy video stuff, which is great for many people, but some of us need a better camera drone just for photos. Save weight by not having the portrait gimbal or all the sensors, and instead, concentrate on a decent lens. We don't even need a 50MP sensor, just a 1 inch sensor is fine but 20MP would be perfect, so no pixel binning nonsense, just a better lens with adjustable aperture. Even if that meant going to a C1 class drone, wit the recent CAA rule changes, we'd be able to fly it (in the UK) in almost as many places as the Mini series.

- This is where the mini series started until it became too expensive to buy for myself and for someone... DJI is just recycling the same business plan.. we are back at phase 1 of selling cheap to inflate the price again.

- This make so little sense that DJI has spawned another proxy company (because it was a great idea in the past), VooMax, and the first drone from them is an "improved" DJI Lito X1 already xDDDD
I mean, it is basically a mashup of the SkyRover X1 and the DJI Lito X1, but features the 3D ToF IR of the SkyRover S1 on top of every DJI Lito X1 feature.
I fail to realize what is the long term plan of DJI, if there's any whatsoever, besides taking completely random decisions every single month of the year.
