To even change a actuator for the car , we have to beg and give enumerous time and effort in service centers to resolve it ,
Some technician blamed the charger was at fault , then when tested with their own service center charger also same fault , as I showed him the DC service station also same fault of cp Still the technical team didn't change the actuator ,even wanted to change my ccs2 cable ,saying it was the fault , .
I'm this past year , the number of days I had to visit to resolve issues for the ev car itself says the biggest problem with tata ,

Respect your (valued) Customers 1st. Without listening or un-resolving their issues, negativity in terms of reliability issues makes customers to think again.
Learn from Mahindra as that brand has got more reliability than TATA now a days as most of their customers are very happy with the fit & finish and after-sales services, that's why their SUVs are sellting like hot buns! You must have some one to listen each & every customer issues! Also, follow-up is very important until their issue resolved amicably. That's the only way you can earn back brand-trust among customers. If your distributors are incapable, tell me, I am ready to join TATA, as I feel very sad to hear from Tata owners posting their negative review videos in youtube & other social media.
I recently saw some videos about battery related problem in Sierra.ev bcz of that the car doesn't start also about rusted panels. Pls tata resolve the problems of the sierra.ev bcz I am planning to buy this car also try to figure out problems with other cars also
Hey TATA you gotta put different switches for the sunroof, one for opening the car to the outside and one to cover the sunlight because sometimes when you only want to open the cover, the sunroof also opens. Also nice car 10/10
- It doesn't, you just have to nudge the switch lightly to open sunshade, if you hold the switch briefly, both shade and roof glass will open
💔💔then it's the perfect car for you but I need me a good 2 switches because a "light nudge" is too tough and I don't think one switch should be doing 2 different things
- i have booked 27 july 2026 Tata Sierra ev pure s 63 still I didn't got vechical, I have disappointed.
- 43,265 km driven in my Tata Harrier.ev Fearless+ 75 ACFC and I’ve already replaced 6 tyres. I’ve raised the excessive tyre-wear issue multiple times during authorised Tata services, but still no proper root-cause analysis or permanent solution. This is seriously concerning. @tata.evofficial please look into my case and help resolve this.
- Don’t just take our word for it.’ Exactly. Customers trusted Tata, booked the Punch.ev and were given a 2-month delivery commitment. I booked mine on 25 June — it’s now 3 months, still no car, no confirmed delivery date, and no resolution despite repeated complaints.
