- Is the logo even a logo? Saddest front end refresh ever. These LED strip lights look so over done. And how much does it cost to replace one? I don't care if the bulb is halogen or led but just please let it be just a bulb to replace when they burn out in 2 years not an entire $700 assembly.- No. This is not it. The front does not match with the rest of the car, and the interior…get me out of here! The new logo kind of reminds me of those little pin wings that United Airlines and others gave, and also of Aston Martin…at a VERY worse scale. Is Chrysler even trying? The other minivans are better than this junk. The stow and go seats are nice, but I’m pretty sure that Honda/Toyota/Kia will find a way to copy that, and make it better. I’d find the interior of a Honda odyssey to be better than this.
- I’m driving the 2027 Pacifica right now as a rental car. I would not describe the acceleration as ‘smooth and refined’. It hesitates. I drive a minivan from a different car maker and its acceleration is much better.
- Is it the best? NO! Other than the front fascia, rear logo change for 2027, the front Uconnect 5 upgrade in 2021, and the rear entertainment FireTV upgrade in 2022, NOTHING has changed since 2017! In 2022, they took away the third-row glass roof. This vehicle is extremely outdated and is a backward step in technology since the PHEV was discontinued in January 2026. Chrysler lacks vision and creativity. The updated logo is a direct rip-off of the 2015 movie Tomorrowland's logo. On Chrysler's own website, under Explore Chrysler Innovation, it states, "A Look At Our Tomorrow," while showcasing the new logo design. How original.... The new front fascia looks like it was designed by early AI models, then put in a hopper and randomly picked.
I have owned two Chrysler PHEVs: 18 Limited and 21 Pinnacle. Dumped the Pinnacle 9 days after the announcement that they were discontinued. To date, after getting rid of it, the vehicle has lost over 12 grand in six months. Do a search on Pacifica head gasket issues just outside the 5/60. I never plan on going back to Chrysler again. One needs to ask oneself a question when considering a Chrysler: how many other Chrysler vehicles do you see on the road that are not a Pacifica? Yeah, there is a reason you don't.
