- I drive this car since November 2025. It's Nice for daily driving in the city and country Roads. But even on the Autobahn it's okay. For a cheap middle class limousine with normal steel springs I can't complain. I am no typical Mazda driving enthusiast. I only wanted a nice looking EV with good inside materials, for daily driving and for a low price. I don't have the problem with the arm rest in the middle. Everything is quiet and well built. So on the whole hardware side I cannot complain much at this moment. The horrible thing in that car is the whole software stuff. Oh man... I hope they will update a lot of things and improve a lot of things on that. And before you buy look also at the normal Takumi version. I found it a lot better than the Takumi Plus with the brown leader. And you got more space in the back for your head in the normal Takumi because the glass roof goes more in the back. In the Takumi Plus the glass roof ended much more forward of your head and instead of a glass roof you got the headliner on the spot where your head is. So there is less cm headroom on the Takumi Plus and in the middle of the glass roof you got a massive beam where the panoramic blind is inside. This beam destroys the whole glass roof panorama. In the normal Takumi without this beam you have a much nicer view as a back passenger. Of course you cannot blind the glass roof in the normal Takumi so Sun will shine at every moment but for that reason Mazda implemented a darker glass roof tinting in the normal Takumi. You can stare right into the sun on that black panorama tinting in the normal Takumi.- You can use this car in an excellent way für Daily commuting...touched 12kWh/100km without really forcing it.
120-130km/h on Autobahn results in about 17kWh/100km.
- It's a Changan car after all. Mazda designed the interior and tune the suspension. Everything else is just Changan.
- Has Mazda made an update so that the range indication/remaining battery power does not make sudden jumps from, for example, 20 to 8%?
And can you now preheat the battery while the car is running?
