All of our US defense contractors should look at the simple & cheap weapons the Iranians have and then tell US why their weapons cost so much. They cost so much because they are accustomed to dealing with amateurs and fools who think Boeing's weapons are the best in the World. Eisenhower warned US about a powerful and greed driven military industrial complex that perpetuates itself 🤡

- I wonder if those parts for the F-35 sent to Hong Kong by accident and China refusing to give them back had the secret paint for radar absorption on then and China reverse engineering the paint? Bad news if so.
- A tanker drone that costs the same as two F-35A’s…..and that’s after they stripped it of its weapon and reconnaissance capability to try and keep the price down.
I’m not saying it’s not useful, it obviously is, and there isn’t a military on the planet that wouldn’t want something like this. But at what point does the government step in and go, these numbers don’t work. And that’s before the inevitable teething issues every new platform has.

- But when is the first launch and recovery from an aircraft carrier? Ten years and you can only fly from an Air Force base in Illinois!
Somebody once said that Warrant Officers were going to fly the drone. I'm not aware of any carrier qualified Warrant Officers in the US Navy.
A waste of funds since the S-3B was perfectly equipped to provide the fleet with tanking capability.
How may Super Hornets can a Super Hornet tank if a Super Hornet could tank Super Hornets?
- 1955 wants their airplane back. Edit: I was being generous. "The first radio-controlled (RC) aircraft were developed during World War I, with successful tests of pilotless, radio-controlled planes taking place as early as 1917. However, practical, successful, and recreational radio-controlled models did not emerge until the late 1930s. "
- The first flight of the MQ-25 was something like 7 years ago. The US Navy and Boeing are filled to the top with affirmative - action clowns. Years ago, the US Navy said it would have the MQ-25 in the fleet. Now these clowns are doing the first flight of the MQ-25A. Whatever you do, keep wasting time and money, so your AA clowns can grift more money in do nothing jobs.
BTW, leave it to the US Navy to want a refueling aircraft that can carry ordinance. Absolute clowns running everything for 33+ years.
- Wow amazing , these new lift body designs are incredible ! Reminds me of the famous Thunderbird 2 design, with the body creating and generating the primary lift for flight and the little wings stabilise and steer it , is genius!
- That must be part of that reverse engineering of ufo technology they keep talking about, which is they say is leaps and bounds past on current technology and my god it shows
- I'd like to see some badass fighter CCA, or loyal wingman that can do 20g crazy maneuvers instead of thin long fragile wings. I get this aircraft is not a fighter. Still ,looks great.
