The interior and exterior of this car have hardly improved. They’ve remained almost the same for many years, and people have been complaining about them all along. Toyota cars sell well mainly because of one word — “Toyota.”

- There's something really specific about how Japan does marketing videos for the western world, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is. For example, this video here feels the exact same way to me like how Nintendo Directs feel, except it's about a car, not games
- Toyota need to bring manual tranmission to lower model not GR, or make a GR line with manual tranmission and base trim with manual tranmission. More people need to drive manuals
- according to customers liking, floating screen is obnoxious, hard to swap, odo meter is bit small however analog is the win nostalgic for e,g honda jazz 2011 hibrid have the best odo layout classic timeless
- That is my definite car right there, but I’m gonna get a used car anyway, but I would love that car to be my future car and I’m definitely gonna get it in the future

- Hopefully on year 61 we get a new more interesting looking one. I also hope they keep the hot hatch and the GR variety. Also all new vehicles, not just Toyota needs to be all LED lighting.
- As someone who currently owns a xle hybrid since 2025 I have definitely loved it.
However.. all hybrid grades need standard awd and being real, the 2ZRFXE needs to be retired Toyota. It’s to slow on the highway 😞. You really have to push the car to pass anyone- even with passing the electric motor is doing most of the work. The engine is solid… but the Corolla Hybrid needs the same engine as the Prius and a minimum of 180HP. The 2.0 dynamic engine would be perfect.
I unfortunately will be trading my Corolla soon for the much more highway-capable Camry due to lifestyle changes putting me on the highway more.
- I kinda do like the break light work but does it still keep its durability though? I just hate the fact that there is a paywall for everything. I drive a 2021 Corolla LE and there is no trial or paywall for anything. But I do gotta say, I do like the look of the SE trim, I would stick with the LE early 12th generation. But overall, from looks and price dynamics. I would give it a 7 out of 10 for the 27 Corolla.
- i'm so curious about the 2028 redesign. I'm in the market for a car next year and have come down to a corolla or a camry, either hybrid seemed good. guess ill wait and see
- After 16 years, my Corolla still has No check engin light. Toyota is the most reliable car brand out there. Never buy a Kia or hyndai those are junk. German and American car with there turbocharge engin are common to coolant leak which lead to engin failure.Only buy Japanese cars but not Nissans.
- Toyota literally said “FUQ USA”.
USA 60th Anniversary Edition has No Manual Transmission option But continue with the same Lame CVT, Same wheels, same colors on the Lame Sedans get stickers 💩💩💩… In Japan they have a 60th Anniversary Edition Corolla Wagon with Sport Suspension and Upgraded Seats.. The Japanese also get a Special 60th Anniversary Edition Crossover with a unique Mint Exterior color “Urban Khaki” and interior seats are also mint colored “Mineral”.
- So glad i got rid of my corolla. Its junk the cvt is junk everything about it. Oh and Toyotas techs cant fix anything and just tell you things are normal. Corporate Toyota also does nothing about it, these cars arent worth the 25 to 30k sorry not sorry
